This article outlines the terms of service for Mevada Media, a marketing service operated by Mast Reviews. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our marketing services ("Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Mevada Media provides end-to-end paid advertising services, including but not limited to strategy, campaign setup, creative development, and performance tracking on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Grant necessary access to your ad accounts, analytics platforms, and other relevant assets.
- Collaborate in a timely manner on approvals for ad creatives, copy, and strategies.
3. Fees and Payment
- Our service fees are separate from your advertising budget, which is paid directly to the advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
- Service fees are billed on a monthly basis, as agreed upon in our service agreement.
- Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
4. Term and Termination
- Our services are provided on a monthly basis.
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 15-day written notice.
- Upon termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.
5. Intellectual Property
All ad creatives, copy, and campaign strategies developed by Mevada Media remain our intellectual property. We grant you a license to use these materials for the duration of our engagement. Upon termination, this license is revoked.
6. Confidentiality
We will treat all your business information, customer data, and campaign performance data as confidential. We will not disclose this information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a particular number of leads, sales, or return on ad spend (ROAS). The performance of advertising campaigns can be influenced by various factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mevada Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
